diy Lilac Drops night cream

I was doing some research the other day and reading what companies write on their sites to get you to buy their creams and I honestly wondered who in the year 2022 believes this nonsense. I also found out once again that well-known and large cosmetic chains have scouters who follow small entrepreneurs and regularly steal their ideas. I know that's how capitalism works but at some point we all have to realize that the way this system works, is not fair. I would write more, but I'm getting off topic. What I want to emphasize is that no cream will make you look 20 years old, these belong in the realm of science fiction of the capitalists. But what they offer is hydration and if you are consistent in your routine and apply your facial cream every day, you simply slow down aging.

diy Lilac Drops conditioner bar

Solid hair care products have proven to be a treasure as they are practical to transport but also very easy for even a beginner to make. Not only do they nourish and moisturize the hair, but I think you also save money, as the cost of their preparation is small and each piece lasts for much longer than a bottle of commercial conditioner. They are ideal for your travel by plane and using them you reduce your environment trace as you don’t have to use any package.

diy Lilac Drops lip balm

Spring is a difficult time of the year for many people. Others suffer from any kind of allergy that exists and I do have a problem with dehydration on my lips. This means that I am always with a lip balm in my hand. Lately my lips have gotten worse as due to African dust and pollen, they become dehydrated and chapped more than ever. That's why today, we will also make a peeling balm with sugar in order to have soft and hydrated lips.

diy Lilac Drops facial peeling mask

Although I am a fan of other facial cleansing methods such as oleo gels and clays, this time I decided to make a gentle exfoliating cream that will also be used as a mask because my friend Thalia asked me to.

diy Opora Rays oil-free facial cream

If your skin is oily or has a tendency to acne even after 30, then I am sure that the last thing you want is to burden it with products that are not absorbed immediately. This does not mean, however, that you should not take care of your skin, because even oily skin needs hydration.

diy Opora Rays body cream

My skin has suffered a lot lately. Olive harvesting and the winter cold gave my skin the gratuitous shot. That is why I was in an emergency to make a quick cream for the whole body and especially for the hands which, if they had a mouth, would certainly call for help. I am very excited about today's rich and nourishing cream that I will present to you, which I made at the right time because it has a delicate texture, it is absorbed immediately and maintains the skin's moisture at normal levels.

diy Opora Rays foaming facial cleanser

During lock down, I decided to experiment with new products and tried to make my first foaming facial cleanser. Unlike other cleansers that we have presented here, here and here, this one has a light texture as it does not contain any oils or butters and is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive. It cleanses, it removes makeup and impurities without dehydrating the skin while rejuvenates and soothes your face.

Because of that, today I will give to you 2 recipes together for shampoo and conditioner bars as well.

diy Opora Rays lip balm

In recent years, the fragrances that dominate the autumn season, are based on spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, clove, the combination of which is reminds of sweet pumpkin pie that just came out of the oven. I generally enjoy the sweet melancholy of Autumn, however I am hesitant about using spices in cosmetics. I use them widely in cooking, but cosmetology is a completely different chapter. Of course, I could not have an opinion if I did not try to use them.

diy Opora Rays bath bombs

The weather is getting cold and now is the best time to relax on a rainy autumn afternoon with one of the bath bombs I have prepared for you. Opora Rays bath bombs are a sensual combination of pumpkin, vanilla and plum that reminds a walk in the autumn forest or, to be more specific, a walk in the witch’s house who lives in the forest. Hey, it’s almost Halloween.

diy Opora Rays melt & pour soap

Opora was a goddess mentioned by Homer as the personification of Autumn and this is why our new project is dedicated to her. The ancient Greeks considered Opora the deity of the ripened fruit of late summer (opora< ancient Greek “οπώρα”< fruit) while was one of the attendants of goddess Eirene. It is probably represented in reliefs of the temples of Serapis and Isis discovered in Athens.

diy Frau Litsa conditioner bar

Frau Litsa project is coming to its end today with a conditioner in solid form which contains vegetable oils & butters that deeply moisturize the hair and make the hair soft and easy to comb. It is a truly natural conditioner and as it has a high content of fatty acids, it creates a protective film with emollient properties on the hair. It strengthens the hydrolipid barrier while increasing and stimulating their elasticity and shine.

diy Frau Litsa shampoo bar

I am totally sure that you have understood how much I love solid shampoo. I like that it is in the form of a soap bar because this way I reduce my ecological footprint and I do not burden my environment with extra plastic. It is ideal for daily use and easy transport to the gym or on trips. For its preparation, you can use mild foaming agents that respect the natural flora of the scalp with an active cleansing that leaves the hair healthy and soft.

diy Frau Litsa night recovery lotion

It's been ages since the last time I made a facial moisturizer, so I decided to post a formula that can be combined with Frau Litsa's project- it contains a little bit of strawberry. I can certainly speak for a creamy and nourishing elixir that smoothes and tightens the skin thanks to its rich active ingredients. A real veil of rejuvenation and skin balancing.
