diy Lilac Drops conditioner bar

Solid hair care products have proven to be a treasure as they are practical to transport but also very easy for even a beginner to make. Not only do they nourish and moisturize the hair, but I think you also save money, as the cost of their preparation is small and each piece lasts for much longer than a bottle of commercial conditioner. They are ideal for your travel by plane and using them you reduce your environment trace as you don’t have to use any package.

diy Opora Rays shampoo & conditioner bars

I made these solid shampoos and conditioners for Halloween about a month ago, but unfortunately I could’nt find any time to post. That's why my photos today are kind of delayed. Of course, it doesn’t matter, nothing can stop you from making them now. Better late than never, they say. Because of that, today I will give to you 2 recipes together for shampoo and conditioner bars as well.

diy Frau Litsa conditioner bar

Frau Litsa project is coming to its end today with a conditioner in solid form which contains vegetable oils & butters that deeply moisturize the hair and make the hair soft and easy to comb. It is a truly natural conditioner and as it has a high content of fatty acids, it creates a protective film with emollient properties on the hair. It strengthens the hydrolipid barrier while increasing and stimulating their elasticity and shine.

diy Frau Litsa shampoo bar

I am totally sure that you have understood how much I love solid shampoo. I like that it is in the form of a soap bar because this way I reduce my ecological footprint and I do not burden my environment with extra plastic. It is ideal for daily use and easy transport to the gym or on trips. For its preparation, you can use mild foaming agents that respect the natural flora of the scalp with an active cleansing that leaves the hair healthy and soft.

diy Coco Choco conditioner bars

Today's recipe is combined with the Coco Choco shampoo bar and I can say I'm excited about the result. As I’ve already written here, solid products are ideal because they do not take up much space, they are easy to move around and we do not need difficult ingredients to make them.

diy Coco Choco shampoo bars

We continue the Coco Choco project with a chocolatey solid shampoo, because our hair need also a special treatment, right? This time I decided to add a little bit of clay, to see how it will work on hair and especially how functional it will be in preservation. As most of you will already know, clay-containing products are much more sensitive and have a shorter shelf-life. However, I really wanted to add clay to my shampoo, so I said my self to give it a try and observe the behavior of the product.

A few months ago, a friend presented us the shampoos she has been making over the past few years, and they have thrilled me as they had a special feature: they were  solid! So I started looking for this very new product (for me) informations, I actually read everyrthing, I did some experiments until I started creating my own formulas. Iaam telling you this: Since I wash my hair with this type of shampoo, I can not go back to the shampoos I used before from the market.

diy eléa shampoo with black pearl extract & silk protein

eléa natural shampoo by Stella Crown
If something is missing from the blog, this is for sure a hair shampoo. I think, it was about time to make one! So, I prepared a special product SLS free and can also be used as a shower gel for your body. 2 in 1! How cool is this? It is suitable for everybody and especially for hair loss treatment. Ideal for hair repair & treatment after summer! It strengthens the hair, makes it smoothed and soft, gives a silky texture, while if you use it as a shower gel, your skin will shine literally!
